1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a demo class, enrolling in a tuition plan, or otherwise using gulf.momsonteaching.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Moms on Teaching provides 1-on-1 online tutoring for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and Kerala State Board students, delivered via live video sessions by vetted tutors.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• A free demo class is offered prior to enrollment in any paid plan
• Monthly plans are billed in advance; term plans are billed per the agreed schedule
• Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing enrollments

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Repeated late cancellations may affect tutor availability. See our Refund Policy for cancellation-related refunds.

5. Conduct

Parents and students agree to treat tutors respectfully. Moms on Teaching reserves the right to reassign or discontinue service in cases of abusive conduct toward tutors or staff.

6. Intellectual Property

Worksheets, lesson materials, and recorded content provided during tuition remain the intellectual property of Moms on Teaching and are licensed for personal educational use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to support measurable academic improvement, we do not guarantee specific grade outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors including student effort and school-specific requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Moms on Teaching is registered, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in the country where the family resides.
